Learning and expanding along the spiritual path is a life-long pursuit.

But there comes a time when we can be saturated with new information, with new ideas and with new frameworks for seeking change.

And in the metaphysical world, seeking in its extreme form can become a distraction from simply living with the perfection of who we are, while finding the power of Self.

I state this as one who has spent the last decade trying out lots of new avenues for finding the sweet spot that is my purpose; following Guidance and creative ‘hits’ one after another, trying to get to the core of how to serve the Planet, while healing myself and making a Human living at the same time.

I'd like to share these insights with all of you:

We don’t have to follow EVERY intuitive download, no matter how genius or divine it feels.

We don’t have to reinvent the wheel over and over again to the point of perfection.

Chasing shiny objects stops is from getting to the core of radical change —-the hard things we e been avoiding.

What’s available to us at any moment is our own unique energy, and that will make anything look and feel new.  

Perfecting and receiving our spiritual gifts or talents happens way faster when we’re practicing it often and with persistence.

Consistent simple actions over time, make a much bigger energetic impact than lots of inconsistent, unfocused complicated ones.  

Learning and supporting is a two-way exchange; we always, always, always learn from those we are teaching and helping.

Fear is definitely a four-letter word.

There is no such thing as failure, there’s only ‘testing’ with an outcome.

These aren’t just Soul lessons for growth, they’re a formula for the entrepreneurship and facilitator journey as well.
